Services

I provide therapy exclusively online via a convenient, secure HIPAA-compliant video portal.  This means that your therapy comes to you – wherever you may be (in the states of California, Oregon, Nevada, Virginia, North Dakota or Ohio, or internationally, in some cases), as long as you’ve got a WiFi connection! Let’s talk from the comfort of your home, office, or even the beach!  My clients love receiving therapeutic support and care in their own surroundings, where they can feel safe and open to discuss whatever is on their minds.  Their pets even make occasional cameos, which I embrace (I’m a big animal lover)!

My Methods

I’m passionate about making your therapy work for you and your unique goals and needs, and I take a warm, direct, collaborative approach (sprinkled with admittedly sometimes dumb humor!).  I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, because humans are not one-size-fits-all!  That said, I draw upon a variety of therapy modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting and somatic and mindfulness-based techniques.  We’ll customize your treatment plan from your first session, so you’ll know we’re on the same page. I work with individuals over the age of 18.
