Payment & Insurance Information
All sessions except for your initial intake session run for 50 minutes (plus a couple minutes to schedule our next session) and are billed at the rate of $250.
If scheduling permits, the intake session is lengthier (between 75-90 minutes) and is billed at the rate of $350.
I have limited sliding scale spots that are available at times; please contact me directly to discuss.
I accept payment by debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards and utilize confidential, secure payment processing platform Stripe.
In North Dakota only, I am in-network with Sanford and America’s PPO. If you have a policy with these insurers, I am happy to check your benefits and coverage for you. Otherwise I function as an out-of-network provider, meaning payment is due upfront from the client at each session.
If you have a PPO policy through another insurer, you may be eligible for reimbursement for some of the cost of your therapy. I will provide you a superbill (invoice) to submit to your health insurance at your request. Every plan is different so unfortunately I cannot guarantee reimbursement.
